Growing up in Northeast Portland, I was surrounded by the world of hair. Most of my family were either beauticians or barbers, so it was always a part of my life.
I started braiding hair at 13 years old to earn extra money, and my mom was the one who taught me the basics. From there, I fell in love with the craft. What started as a way to make some extra cash quickly became a passion. Over the years, I honed my skills, learning different techniques and styles to perfect my work.
